Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and complete operational reports within deadlines.
• Manage daily workload to meet SLA targets.
• Process requests using established procedures and workflow systems.
• Maintain internal controls, including stop payments, alerts, and reports.
• Identify gaps, propose improvements, and implement approved solutions.
• Process legal attachments (levies, writs, subpoenas) per legal/regulatory requirements.
• Review and resolve JHA Positive Pay exceptions.
• Perform IRS tax reporting corrections and related maintenance.
• Respond to verification of deposit requests.
• Perform system maintenance input and verification as directed by management.
• Process account and service-rate changes; analyze interest rate adjustments.
• Submit federal/state withholding payments and the IRS Form 945.
• Provide operational support to Branch Operations staff and respond to inquiries.
• Manage department email/e-fax inbox and maintain records.
• Comply with applicable laws, policies, and security guidelines.
