The Banking Operations & Administration Coordinator I (“BOC I”) is an entry-level position within the Banking Ops team, responsible for performing routine operational tasks and providing foundational support for deposit services and electronic banking products. This role assists with daily processing, member inquiries, and basic account maintenance while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
The BOC I work under close supervision and follows established procedures to support internal teams and members. This position serves as a developmental role, building knowledge in banking operations, electronic services, and credit union products, with opportunities for growth into more advanced responsibilities.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
At least one year of experience in banking, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
Salary: $18.76 - $23.50 per hour (depending one experience)
