Accounting Search is partnering with a prestigious AmLaw 50 firm seeking a Banking & Finance Associate Attorney in a hybrid New York/L.A./DC market. The role focuses on high-value domestic and cross-border financing, including private credit, structured finance, and syndicated lending, advising lenders and borrowers.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience in structured finance, a JD from a top-tier law school, and active bar admission in good standing.

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 4–6 years of substantive experience in structured finance and secured lending at a major law firm.
• Experience representing credit funds and other lenders, borrowers and sponsors in a broad range of financings.
• Familiarity with structured credit, receivables financings, distressed financings, and growth capital transactions.
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Represent credit funds and other lenders and/or borrowers and sponsors in domestic and international financing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and related transaction documentation.
• Support transactions involving receivables financings and other structured credit deals, private credit, syndicated credit facilities, structured finance, and distressed situations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices and practice groups to deliver seamless client service.
• Manage deal execution from initial diligence through closing.

Our client, a prestigious Amlaw 50 firm, is seeking a highly motivated Banking & Finance Associate Attorney to join its sophisticated and expanding Banking & Finance practice. This opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions, working alongside a collaborative team known for its technical excellence and client-focused approach.

The ideal candidate will contribute to high-value matters across private credit, structured finance, syndicated lending, distressed financings, receivables financings, and growth capital transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 4-6 years of substantive experience instructured finance and secured lending at a major law firm.
• Experience representing credit funds and other lenders, and /or borrowers and sponsors in a broad range of financings, including receivables financings and other structured credit deals, private credit lending, distressed financings and syndicated facilities
• Familiarity with structured credit, receivables financings, distressed financings, and growth capital transactions
• Experience collaborating with clients in the private credit and special situations space, focusing on liability management through receivables financing and other structures designed to provide liquidity to financially distressed companies.
• Strong client service orientation with the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and attention to detail
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $260,000-$390,000, as determined by experience and market factors.
