OVERVIEW:

Our client seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join their Banking and Finance Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience in representing lenders, focusing on drafting commercial loan documents (including loan agreements and security documents) and closing commercial loans secured principally by personal property.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Represent lenders in drafting and preparing commercial loan documents, including loan agreements and security documents.
  • Manage the closing of commercial loans, primarily secured by personal property.
  • Handle multiple files and deadlines effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients and counsel.
  • Provide proactive legal support with analytical and issue-resolution skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality client service.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3–5 years of experience in banking and finance law, specifically in drafting commercial loan documents and closing loans secured by personal property.
  • Proficiency in preparing loan agreements and security documents.
