Job summary

You will advise premier clients including global financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and corporates on a range of transactions and documentation.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of banking & finance experience, understands US and cross-border financing structures, and holds a JD with NY Bar admission.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of banking & finance experience at a leading US or international law firm.
• Strong understanding of US and cross-border financing structures.
• JD from a top law school and admitted to the New York Bar.
• Excellent drafting skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• A team player with strong communication skills and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Advise on leveraged finance, acquisition finance, syndicated lending, and asset-based lending transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate key documentation including credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, security documents, and commitment papers.
• Collaborate with cross-practice teams, including private equity and restructuring, on complex deals.
• Support clients through all phases of the deal process, from term sheet to closing.
