Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience, engaging clients and handling transactions with courtesy.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service options to improve service experience.
• Support the sales process through outreach, offering available products and services.
• Understand IRM to deliver Truist expertise for client needs.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to controls and risk management policies and stay updated on procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling volume per branch needs.
