Job summary

Lake Ridge Bank is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) to deliver exceptional service to customers, handling a variety of banking transactions with accuracy. The role emphasizes friendly client interactions, accurate processing, and referrals to Personal Bankers.

This full-time position runs Monday–Friday from 7:45am to 5:30pm with possible Saturday rotation, focusing on teamwork, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work well in a team and support colleagues.
• Willing to work extended hours including evenings and weekends.
• Basic math competency (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive interactions with clients by phone and in person.
• Process deposits, loan payments, cash checks and related items.
• Record transactions accurately per bank policies.
• Investigate and resolve teller transaction issues and communicate with clients.
• Educate clients about Lake Ridge Bank products and refer to Personal Bankers.
• Track sales and referrals using bank systems.
• Maintain organized teller area and professional presentation.
• Participate in branch meetings and trainings; support team goals.
