Job summary

Kids for the Future in Seymour, IN seeks a full-time teller to assist customers at the lobby and drive-thru. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and record-keeping with accuracy while delivering extraordinary service.

Responsibilities include maintaining deposit accounts, balancing cash and ATMs, and supporting the Assistant Banking Center Leader as needed. A high school diploma and banking experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of banking or related experience preferred.
• Previous teller and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pay out, and keep accurate records for all monetary transactions.
• Balance and maintain banking center’s ATM and vault as assigned; scan daily work.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts; establish and maintain good customer relations.
• Assist in soliciting new business and support the Assistant Banking Center Leader as needed.

Description

Performs a variety of duties to provide extraordinary customer service at a lobby workstation and/or a drive-thru workstation. These duties include the receiving, paying out and the keeping of accurate records for all the monies involved in paying and receiving transactions. Responsible for scanning daily work, balancing and maintenance of banking center’s ATM and vault as assigned. Provide customer services on the banking floor including but not limited to opening and maintaining deposit accounts. Establishes and maintains good customer relations with present customers to retain and expand existing banking relationships and solicits new business from non-customers in the areas of Deposit, Loan and Trust products and services. Serves as backup to the Assistant Banking Center Leader (ABCL) as assigned.

Requirements
