You will prepare BRD/FRD, collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into functional specs, analyze banking operations, and support application enhancements and system implementations.
Formación
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Experience in business process modeling and analysis.
- Knowledge of banking and financial services domain.
Responsabilidades
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare BRD and FRD.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate needs into specifications.
- Analyze banking operations, transactions, and workflows.
- Support system implementation projects and enhancements.
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and validate functionality.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Communicate progress and requirements with stakeholders.
