BCG Attorney Search in Washington, DC seeks a Banking and Financial Services Associate with 3–5 years of experience in structured finance transactions and securitizations. JD required; must be licensed or eligible for admission.

Responsibilities include representing financial institutions, asset managers, and issuers in complex structured finance deals, drafting and negotiating transaction documents for ABS issuances, and supporting the team from start to close in a fast-paced transactional
