Job summary

PNC invites applications for a Senior Banking Advisor in its Private Banking organization, based in Ft. Worth, TX. This in-office role focuses on high-net-worth client advisory, credit and cash management solutions, and building trusted relationships with internal partners and COIs.

You will lead complex credit transactions, ensure adherence to banking policies, and mentor team members while delivering exceptional client service and achieving revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • University/college degree required; 8+ years industry experience.
  • Masters/PhD or certifications desirable.

  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies and provides guidance on credit and cash management solutions for current and prospective high-net-worth clients as part of a broader Private Banking team.

Job Description
  • Identifies and provides guidance and advice on appropriate credit and cash management solutions for current and prospective high-net worth clients as part of a broader Private Banking team. Leverages developed networks of internal and external clients to introduce and sell AMG banking products and services.
  • Highly proficient at building relationships with internal and external partners, clients and COIs. Makes day-to-day decisions in executing AMG banking transactions to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Highly proficient in the origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit banking products and services. Manages/monitors book of business to ensure client satisfaction, client retention and expansion of sales revenue.
  • Demonstrates advanced ability to analyze, evaluate, structure, and mitigate credit risk for the most complex credit requests by utilizing knowledge of advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
  • Provides leadership and mentoring to members of team. Ensures compliance with current banking policies and regulations.
