Job summary

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a Branch Banker in North Carolina to deliver the Woodforest Experience and grow retail customer relationships. You will identify customer needs, explain banking products, and provide responsive service in a fast-paced branch environment.

You will support operational excellence, comply with policies, and participate in local marketing efforts. The role requires a willingness to work flexible hours and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience
• Prior in-store retail banking experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Perform branch servicing duties including teller transactions, cash handling, balancing, ordering cash, vault activities, audits, ATM servicing, and workspace upkeep.
• Open and maintain deposit accounts and consumer loan products with accuracy and attention to compliance standards.
• Follow branch security procedures and remain vigilant in protecting the bank, customers, and team members.
• Maintain flexibility to support additional retail branch duties and business needs as assigned.
