Job summary

Banner Bank in Cottage Grove, Oregon, is seeking a Banker to process transactions and introduce customers to bank products, delivering exceptional service and building relationships.

You will work with a team, refer clients to specialists, maintain reliability, and comply with policies. The position requires a high school diploma and entry-level experience in cashiering or sales; starting pay is $19 per hour plus benefits.

What we're looking for

• You have a High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
• You have entry-level experience in cashiering, bookkeeping, client service, or sales with established goals (Required).

Compensation & benefits

• Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $19.00/hr+
