Job summary

FAB&T is seeking a friendly, customer-focused teller to provide warm service to customers and potential clients in Sherwood, Arkansas. You will retain and service existing relationships and promote bank products, while handling teller duties with accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities include referring new business internally, supporting department goals, and collaborating with Retail Management, Training and Security to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Seven Step Retail Sales Process to identify customer needs and cross-sell products.
• Refer new business to Mortgage, Credit Cards and Wealth Management.
• Perform teller transactions with accuracy.
• Understand teller duties and follow company practices and procedures.
• Demonstrate FAB&T core values in sales and service behaviors.
• Collaborate with Retail Management, Training, Internal Audit, and Security on compliance and process improvements.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional appearance.
• Respond to online inquiries about customer accounts within delegated authority.
• Maintain debit card records; activate/cancel cards and manage card limits.
• Assist with Online Banking inquiries; reset passwords and enable access.
