Union State Bank in Wichita, KS seeks a friendly Teller to provide prompt and accurate service at the teller window and drive-up. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing and related banking transactions in line with bank policies while maintaining cash on hand and balancing daily activity.

As an entry-level role, you will cross-sell bank products, assist customers with inquiries, and support balance, ATM operations and basic account services.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• High accuracy and attention to detail with multi-tasking and deadlines.
• Organizational and time management skills; able to work with all levels.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Handle a variety of banking transactions at teller window or drive-up.
• Cross-sell bank products and services.
• Balance cash and assist with ATM balancing.
• Answer inquiries and refer customers to appropriate personnel.
• Greet customers and perform receptionist duties.
• Maintain cash on hand and adhere to bank policies.
• Support rotating Saturday schedule and travel between locations.
