Responsibilities

• Sell and/or refer bank products and services to customers and prospects.
• Provide friendly, service-oriented assistance while following Service Quality Standards.
• Receive and process deposits and ensure proper endorsements.
• Cash checks and complete transactions accurately per policies.
• Adhere to check handling guidelines, drawer limits, and signing authority.
• Reconcile cash and transactions per teller balance standards; submit daily balance sheets.
• Keep work area neat and secure; protect confidential information and customer data.
• Follow security policies and procedures and bank guidelines during and after robberies.
• Maintain knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and AML policies; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties within the branch as assigned.
