Job summary

Alerus Financial is seeking a Teller to deliver exceptional client service while handling cash transactions, deposits, and basic product explanations. This role supports lobby and drive-up clients, maintaining accuracy and security in daily operations.

You will work to identify client opportunities, learn Alerus services, and assist with administrative tasks, phones, mail, and office upkeep as needed, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Follow information security, identification, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Provide exemplary client service and be the face of Alerus for every client.
• Address client requests and issues promptly and professionally.
• Refer clients to appropriate areas to meet banking needs.
