Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service in the branch.
• Receive checks and cash for deposit; verify amounts and endorsements.
• Cashes checks and pays out money after verification of signatures and balances.
• Record transactions in the computer and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate cash drawers and balance money at shift end.
• Explain and promote bank products and services to customers.
• Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act and anti-money laundering policies.
