Responsibilities

• Accept cash and check transactions for deposits, loan payments, and cash advances.
• Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers and assist ATM balance.
• Assist customers with address changes, debit cards, online banking, and check ordering.
• Respond to inquiries about rates, accounts, and services.
• Refer customers to other departments for new accounts, lending, and treasury services.
• Participate in events and outreach to generate new business or reduce costs.
