Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with routine banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments).
• Oversee cash drawers, reconcile transactions, and ensure secure handling of cash and financial instruments.
• Educate customers on self-service tools including mobile banking, ATMs, and online banking.
• Identify service needs and refer customers for complex solutions to Sales & Service Associates or Relationship Bankers.
• Assist with branch operations including vault balancing, ATM servicing, night drop, and ensuring branch readiness.
• Answer incoming calls and greet walk-ins professionally and efficiently.
• Adhere to regulatory, security, and audit standards.
• Participate in branch meetings and stay informed about current promotions and bank services.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet customers warmly and assist with routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and care.
• Manage Cash Handling: Oversee cash drawers, reconcile transactions, and ensure secure handling of cash and financial instruments.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift between 1-10 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 30 lbs.

Schedule

• Branch schedules vary to meet customer needs, including a rotating Saturday shift from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Evening hours may also be required based on branch needs.
• May involve occasional travel to nearby branch locations based on staffing needs.
