Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Oversee cash drawers, reconcile transactions, and ensure secure handling of cash and financial instruments.
• Educate customers on self-service tools including mobile banking, ATMs, and online banking.
• Identify service needs and refer customers to Sales & Service Associates or Relationship Bankers for complex solutions.
• Assist with operational duties including vault balancing, ATM servicing, night drop, and branch readiness.
• Answer incoming calls and greet walk-ins professionally and efficiently.
• Adhere to regulatory, security, and audit standards.
• Participate in branch meetings and stay informed about promotions and bank services.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet customers warmly and assist with routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and care.

Physical Requirements

  Schedule

  • Hours are generally Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts; schedules may vary based on branch needs.
