Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each day.
• Promote bank products and services, assist customers with account inquiries, and recommend solutions.
• Ensure compliance with AML and KYC regulations and bank policies.
• Identify and report any suspicious activity or potential fraud.
• Collaborate with team members to meet branch goals and improve customer service.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.

What’s a typical day as Bank Teller? You’ll be:

• Processing customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately and efficiently
