Qualifications

• US Person as defined by 22 USC * 6010.
• Twenty-one years of age.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Pass a background check.
• A permanent state guard license.
• Ability to write detailed, accurate reports in English.
• Ability to read, understand and apply printed rules in English.
• Ability to recognize situations/individuals who may pose a threat to the public.
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle situations under stressful conditions.
• Follow directions under stressful conditions.
• Handle verbally disruptive individuals professionally.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests as they enter the Bank.
• Observing, documenting, and reporting.
• Enforcing laws and policies as directed.
• Providing customer service.
• Observing and reporting on operability of vertical conveyances.
• Intervening to terminate actions potentially injurious to persons or property.
• Responding to sick or injured persons.
• Responding to safety hazards and equipment malfunctions.
• Assisting with evacuations as required.
• Monitoring video and alarms and reporting.
• Collaborating with other security officers and emergency services.
