United Bank in North Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Sales Associate Supervisor to lead the Sales Associate staff and ensure sales and service goals are met. You will coordinate scheduling, coaching, and referrals of bank products to customers while maintaining compliance and excellent customer service.

This role requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of experience, with preference for banking background and supervisory experience.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year of professional working experience, preferably in a Banking environment.
• Prior supervisory experience is highly desired with demonstrated ability to lead staff members.
• Excellent communication skills; Verbal and written communications skills in Spanish or additional language a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products required.

Mansioni

• Responsible for supervising the Sales Associate staff to ensure all tasks and assignments are completed in their area of responsibility and meeting assigned deadlines.
• Coordinate scheduling of Sales Associates and review monthly scorecards with Branch Manager.
• Operate with accuracy and efficiency with core banking systems and processing transactions with a sales associate cash drawer.
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service throughout the Bank by adhering to sales and service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products to appropriately refer customers and refer business to other areas within the Bank.
• General oversight of Sales Associate level staff, including scheduling, training, and communicating procedures while ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintain vault cash and manage currency transactions to maintain cash drawer limits.
• Accept deposits, verify cash deposits, and comply with Regulation CC and deposit policies.
• Process night depository, ATM, and mail deposits; prepare currency transaction reports and monetary instrument logs per BSA, KYC, OFAC, and InfoSec policies.
• Order and ship currency within branch cash limits and assist with audits.
