Citibank in Irving, TX is seeking an entry-level Bank Operations Document Processor for a temp-to-hire path with paid training and a clear career track.

You will review, sort, audit and process banking documents, create electronic files, and enter data into internal systems. This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and steady, long-term growth. Schedule includes 10-hour shifts with three days off per week.

Formación

• Strong computer skills and comfort moving between systems.
• Accurate data entry and careful document review.
• Ability to read handwritten or cursive information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors or missing information.
• Clear communication skills and fluency in English.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED considered with relevant experience.
• Ability to pass a fingerprint-based background screening.

Responsabilidades

• As a Document Processor, you’ll review, sort, audit, and process banking documents and applications.
• You’ll create electronic files, enter information into internal systems, and help support back-office banking operations where accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency are key.
