Job summary

Northern Healthcare Limited is recruiting a Bank Mental Health Support Worker for our Merseyside service. You will support individuals on their recovery journey, help build daily routines, promote independence, and deliver compassionate, person-centered care.

No prior mental health experience is required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support. Expect flexible shifts, a values-driven team, and opportunities to grow in mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in developing self-care routines and resilience.
• Assist with daily tasks such as meal prep, medication, budgeting and appointments.
• Promote social inclusion and reduce isolation through community involvement.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers to deliver care plans.
• Maintain accurate records and clear communication to ensure good outcomes.
