Handshake is seeking Bangla speakers to help evaluate and rank AI responses, enabling future models to tailor answers for Bangla-speaking users. This is a remote, part-time, ongoing project you can take on alongside your current role.

You will compare AI-generated responses, share your honest preferences and reasoning, and provide clear feedback to help AI better understand and personalize user interactions. Work at your own pace with no set schedule.

Qualifications

• Bangla fluency (Singaporean usage) and strong written English required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Ability to work asynchronously in a remote setup and communicate clearly.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and rank AI responses on Handshake's annotation platform.
• Provide clear written feedback and defend preferences between AI responses.
• Assist in personalizing AI answers for Bangla-speaking users.
