Saw Operator

Rate of Pay: $21 (Mon-Fri)

Shift: 2nd 3pm-11:30 p.m.

Saw Operator Responsibilities

• Cutting orders on bandsaws
• Utilizing various tools and measuring equipment
• Checking for order quality and accuracy of products
• Working with metals including carbon steel and cast iron
• Operating a forklift or overhead crane
• Keeping work area safe and clean
• Other duties as assigned

Saw Operator Requirements

• Must be able to work overtime when needed
• mechanical aptitude or machine operation experience
• Must have a positive attitude and good work ethic
• Must be able to read a tape measure down to the 1/16\"
• Forklift and/or overhead crane experience is helpful but not required (on-the-job training!)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must follow strict company safety procedures
• Excellent attendance is required
