Job summary

Ocean Spray Cranberries in Bandon, Oregon is hiring for the August to November 2026 harvest season. These temporary, on-site positions offer hourly wages from $18.70 to $20.15 and the chance to work as a Box Builder, a Forklift Driver, or in other facility roles.

Applicants should be able to work variable day shifts, lift up to 30 pounds, follow safety practices, and contribute to a cooperative team. An end-of-harvest bonus may be available to qualifying team members.

Qualifications

• Willing and available to work variable day shifts, and follow good manufacturing, safety and environmental practices.
• Ability to work in a team environment, follow instructions, and keep accurate records.
• May include lifting up to 30 pounds frequently.
• Prior manufacturing, forklift, lab, or scale, experience is a plus.

Temporary Position Available for the August to November 2026 Harvest Season.

This position are located at our Bandon, Oregon Facility

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be willing to work in a variety of positions in the facility.
• Box Builder — Assemble totes.
• Forklift Driver- moving totes.
• Wages depend on position and are $18.70 to $20.15 USD per hour.

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:

• Must be willing and available to work variable day shifts, and adhere to good manufacturing, safety and environmental practices.
• Have the ability to work in a team environment, follow instructions, and keep accurate records.
• May include lifting up to 30 pounds frequently.
• Prior manufacturing, forklift, lab, or scale, experience is a plus.
