Pennex is seeking a Bander Operator in Wellsville, PA to secure stacks, bundles, and palletized items. You will operate banding equipment, count and verify bundles, and maintain an orderly shipping area while meeting tight deadlines.

The role requires 1–2 years in a manufacturing setting, basic math, and the ability to read safety instructions. Willingness to pass pre-employment screening and work in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Counts articles to verify numbers on work orders.
• Operates banding equipment to secure bundles and palletes for storage or shipment.
• Counts and records banded bundles.
• Moves articles using a hydraulic jack lift or truck as needed.
• Stacks bundled articles on pallets and bands articles for transport.
• Marks bundles with article size, order number, and destination.
