Job summary

Alexandria Moulding is seeking a Bander Operator at our Indiana facility to receive products from production, apply bands, and assemble ship-ready units. A successful candidate will select the best banding pattern to protect the product during transit and ensure packaging accuracy.

The role emphasizes dexterity, attention to detail, and safe operation of banding equipment within a clean, organized workspace, contributing to on-time customer deliveries.

Qualifications

• Preferred prior work experience
• High degree of attention and considerable dexterity in the control of company equipment and in the prevention of damage to materials and equipment

Job description

Alexandria Moulding an SBP Brand, is currently looking for a Bander to join our team to receive product from production packaged to be strapped together into a shippable unit. The Bander Operator makes required decisions as to the best banding pattern so the finished product will arrive at the customer intact with no damage from the banding process.

In this role you will focus on:

• Responsible for banding products ready to ship
• Ensure correct packaging is being used

• Regularly maintains the banding area for cleanliness and organization.
