This is a senior and highly specialist opportunity for an experienced Cancer Services Pharmacist to take on an accountable pharmacy role within a busy oncology unit in Norfolk. A key focus of this role will be leading the reopening and recommissioning of a currently closed Pharmacy Aseptic Unit (PAU), overseeing all steps required to bring the unit back into full operation to a high standard of compliance and safety. Ongoing duties will include providing expert clinical and operational pharmacy leadership across cancer services, overseeing all aseptic unit pharmacy activities, ensuring compliance with medicines governance and regulatory standards, contributing to the development and review of cancer treatment protocols, and supporting the wider oncology multidisciplinary team. Managerial and operational leadership will be central to this role.
