Sanctuary Personnel seeks a Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist to join an NHS hospital team in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. This full-time locum role runs 3 months from 14/09/2026 to 14/12/2026, with pay up to £36.03 per hour. GPhC registration and UK NHS experience are essential.

You will deliver specialist clinical pharmacy services, medicines reconciliation and medicines optimisation, working with multidisciplinary teams to safeguard patient care and drive service improvements.

Qualifications

• GPhC registration is required.
• Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist with UK NHS experience.
• Hospital and clinical pharmacy experience.
• Strong knowledge of medicines optimisation.
• Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills.
• Experience within acute hospital services.
