Responsibilities

• Interface with global Relationship Managers to ensure suppliers are consistent with resource and location strategy.
• Submit approval/disapproval of funds requests for budget reports and analyze monthly department reports to maintain expenditure controls.
• Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations.
• Complete compliance related activities and reporting.
• Assist with real estate analytics and reporting.
• Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis, fiscal allocation, and budget preparation.
• Review data for accuracy and create required reporting to manage the data.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Job Overview

The Business Associate is an intermediate level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks may include contribution to external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Associate may assist in activities such as the tracking of business financials, managing employee headcount or coordination of other administrative needs. May work on ad hoc projects as requested.

Recommended Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Advanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, and formulas

La posición será responsable de gestionar y dar seguimiento a estimaciones tecnológicas solicitadas por diferentes negocios, coordinando sesiones entre Negocio y Tecnología, monitoreando avances, riesgos y cambios de alcance. Adicionalmente, apoyará la gestión financiera de las áreas de Tecnología de Operaciones, Fraude, ATM's y Arquitectura, asegurando información confiable, organizada y ejecutiva para la toma de decisiones.

Responsabilidades principales

• Gestionar aproximadamente 35 estimaciones tecnológicas, incluyendo nuevas solicitudes y cambios de alcance.
• Dar seguimiento a sesiones de entendimiento entre Negocio y Tecnología para las Historias de Usuario.
• Crear dashboards de estatus para Agenda Única.
• Documentar en JIRA riesgos identificados.
• Participar en sesiones recurrentes con la Oficina de Modernización para actualización de estimaciones prioritarias.
• Apoyar la gestión de procesos financieros de las áreas de Tecnología de Operaciones, Fraude, ATM's y Arquitectura.
• Organizar grandes volúmenes de información y convertirlos en reportes y tablas ejecutivas.
• Dar seguimiento a fechas, entregables e información proveniente de diferentes áreas.
• Asegurar la calidad y precisión de la información presentada.

Perfil requerido

Experiencia

• 5 a 6 años de experiencia.
• Experiencia en seguimiento, gestión administrativa, financiera o de proyectos.
• Preferentemente experiencia dentro del sector bancario.
• Experiencia trabajando con grandes bases de información.

Formación académica

• Ingeniería en Sistemas.
• Licenciatura en Finanzas.
• Formación con conocimientos administrativos.

Conocimientos técnicos

• Excel avanzado:
  • Fórmulas.
  • Tablas dinámicas.
  • Organización y análisis de información.
  • Elaboración de tablas ejecutivas.
• JIRA.
