Jackson Physician Search is recruiting Gastroenterology physicians for Baltimore, MD, offering three pathways: GI hospitalist, hybrid inpatient/outpatient, and outpatient/endoscopy. The role supports a large hospital with full specialty backup and a dedicated endoscopy suite with 24/7 nursing and anesthesia.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient consults and endoscopy for GI Hospitalist model.
• Provide 24-hour call during working weeks (approx. 24 weeks/year).
• Offer optional outpatient endoscopy if desired.
• Hybrid/inpatient–outpatient balance with ambulatory endoscopy in a modern ASC.
• Outpatient/ambulatory model includes 3–4 days of outpatient endoscopy and 1–2 clinic days weekly.
