We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and professional Ballroom Dance Instructor to join our team. Ideal candidates are motivated teachers who love helping others grow, both on and off the dance floor.

Responsibilities

• Teach private lessons and group classes in ballroom and Latin dance styles
• Provide choreography and coaching for showcases or competitions
• Attend studio events, parties, and student socials
• Collaborate with staff to support a vibrant studio community
• Compete or perform with students in Pro-Am or showcases

Qualifications

• Experience in Ballroom or Latin (Smooth/Rhythm) would be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented
• Willingness to grow professionally through training or coaching
• Certifications (DVIDA, ISTD, NDCA, etc.) are a plus but not required
