Job summary

Turning Point Action in the United States seeks a Ballot Chase Manager to lead TPAction’s Chase The Vote initiative field staff across Arizona. You will oversee daily communication, training and guidance for ballot chasers, and help hire and build a community of the nation’s most driven volunteers.

• 1 year managing field staff, grassroots campaign, office or relevant experience.

Job Description

Turning Point Action is seeking a highly skilled, natural born leader and motivated individual to manage TPAction’s innovative and large Chase The Vote initiative field staff personnel. Day-to-day responsibilities include daily communication, training and guiding ballot chasers across the state of Arizona, and volunteers. Responsibilities also include hiring and building a community of the nation’s most aggressive and highly skilled ballot chasers in recent American history. The Ballot Chase Manager has attainable and incentivized goals and works in tandem with the Chase the Vote Director in order to make sure that the staff is happy, successful and well taken care of.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 year managing field staff, grassroots campaign, office or relevant experience
