Job summary

Turning Point Action, Inc. seeks a highly motivated Ballot Chaser to support the Chase The Vote initiative. You will communicate daily with the ballot chase manager, build inter-community relationships, and motivate constituents to submit ballots.

You will also help create a community network to monitor voting activity across a focused territory. The role requires enthusiasm for conservative politics, strong communication, and the ability to work self-directed in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Field staff or grassroots campaign experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Proficient with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets).
• Familiar with Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
• Willing to fulfill all duties and adapt.
• Passionate about conservative politics.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Must reside within three miles of posting zip.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with the ballot chase manager.
• Build inter-community relationships and encourage ballot submissions.
• Create a community network system to monitor voting habits across a territory.
• Work with the Ballot Chaser to meet goals and track data daily.
