FXI is seeking a Baler Operator to load scrap foam, skins, and fabric into the baler and to maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S practices. The role includes supporting the baling process, reporting production data, and mentoring new hires in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will need basic math skills, the ability to read and follow company policies, and to pass required baler-related tests and training.

Formación

• High School or equivalent desirable.
• Ability to perform simple math and fill production reports.
• Must read, understand, and comply with company policies.
• Must pass skills test and training checklist for baler position.

Responsabilidades

• Load scrap foam, skins, and fabric into baler.
• Continually supply baling machine and ensure finished bales are properly packed with wire.
• Keep baler area clean and 5S compliant.
• Mentor new employees.
• Communicate with supervisor about non-conforming product.
• Stop production to correct quality problems.
• Maintain awareness of environmental impact; report issues.
• Participate in corrective/preventive actions.

Responsibilities

• Loads scrap foam, skins, and/or fabric into baler.
• Continually supplies baling machine with scrap and ensures that finished bales are properly pack and contained with strapping wire.
• Keeps machine operational and clean.
• Procedures such as sops, seps, etc.
• Keep your area clean and organized throughout the shift in accordance with 5s standards.
• Mentor new employees
• Keep your area clean and organized throughout the shift in accordance with 5s standards.
• Communicate with supervisor when mon-conforming product.
• Stops production to correct quality problems.
• Environmental aspect and impact awareness.
• Report any inconsistency or nonconformance on the product and participate in the corrective/preventive actions process.

Qualifiations:

• High School and/or Equivalent (desirable)
• Must have the ability to do simple math calculations and fill out production reports Must have good manual dexterity.
• Must be able to read, understand, and compliance established company and plant policies
• Must be able to pass the required skills test and training evaluation checklist for the baler position
