This employed position offers a compressed schedule (Mon-Fri, week on/week off), limited weekend shifts, a bread-and-butter anesthesia practice, and support from a dedicated care team across eight sites, with seven operating rooms and Labor & Delivery.

Practice Highlights

• Employed position with a compressed schedule: Monday through Friday, week on/week off
• Only four weekend shifts per year

• No cardiac, trauma, or acute pediatric cases
• Care team model supporting eight sites daily

Compensation and Benefits

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $388,024.00 - $623,916.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
