Sam's Club in Cincinnati is seeking a Bakery/Packager Team Member to help prepare fresh bakery items, wrap, label, and store merchandise for our members. You will juggle multiple tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment while assisting members with bakery orders to ensure quality and satisfaction.

Be ready to provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean, neat area, and work with a team to meet daily production needs.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team and communicate with team members; flexible to work in other areas as needed.
• Be an Expert: prepares bakery items based on daily production by operating baking equipment; follows recipes and handling, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise per policies; ensures food safety, sanitation, and inventory control.
• Be a Techie: uses handheld technology to support production decisions, training, product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools.
• Be an Owner: maintains work area per policies; ensures quality and date control; protects fragile items; minimizes waste; assists members with purchases; ensures proper packaging and labeling.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: promotes great service and product quality; models energy, commitment, and passion.
• Complies with company policies and ethics by following related action plans and Open Door Policy; executes business processes and practices; introduces improvements.
