Responsibilities

• Provide continuous attention to customers’ needs at the service counter.
• Greet, assist and thank customers in a prompt, courteous manner; offer product suggestions.
• Stock display cases and rotate bakery ingredients; use oldest products first (FIFO).
• Prepare and wrap bakery products; write on cakes per customer specifications.
• Monitor and maintain cooler, freezer, and sanitation standards.
• Follow sanitation procedures; keep work area clean and safe.
