• Prepares bakery merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment; follows recipes; wraps, labels and stores merchandise; follows food safety standards.
• Leverages handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and train coworkers; makes quick business decisions.
• Maintains quality and date control; ensures proper packaging and labeling; secures fragile/high-shrink items.
• Acts as a Talent Ambassador by delivering high quality service and energy to the team and members.
