The Fresh Market in Charlotte is seeking team members to join multiple departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. You will create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising, stocking, and assisting guests throughout the store.

Responsibilities include engaging guests to identify their needs, staying knowledgeable about products and ads, and maintaining professional appearance while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide excellent guest service across departments.
• Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items to assist guests across the store.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items while assisting nearby guests.
• Gather shopping carts and assist in general housekeeping duties; present professionally in uniform.
