Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring for store team members in York, PA to support bakery and front-of-house operations. You will help prepare and bake goods, package products, and maintain clean, well-organized display cases.

Ideal candidates may have 1 year of related experience or training, and must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English while complying with company safety policies and attendance expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate to complete duties and follow safety rules.
• Must complete a 60-day introductory period.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements and use necessary equipment safely.
• Must meet performance standards including regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of shift and prepare equipment and supplies.
• Assemble, mix ingredients, place on trays, bake goods and label products.
• Package and wrap baked goods and ensure display cases are stocked with fresh items.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters.
• Track and record loss as part of shrink control.
