Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking team members to work in Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End roles. You will deliver friendly guest service, learn product knowledge, and assist guests across departments to create satisfying meal solutions.

As part of our team you’ll merchandise, stock specialty items, collect shopping carts, and maintain a clean, professional appearance in line with uniform standards. All applicants 16+ are welcome.

• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide excellent guest service, which includes engaging with guests to learn their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items and assist guests across departments.
• Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day.
• Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties.
• Present self in a professional manner and adhere to uniform standards.

About the Position:

We’re looking for team members who have the ability to work in any one of our departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and our Front-End.

What You'll Do:

• Consistently provide excellent guest service, which includes:
