Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts in fast-paced environments.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Background check required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk up to 6 hours.
• Be an ambassador of Panera's Guiding Values and Behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Make sure every guest is delighted by the quality of our food, service, and staff.
• Build engaging relationships that lead to long-term, loyal guests.
