Responsibilities

• Interview, select and train Team Members.
• Direct the work of Team Members.
• Appraise productivity to inform promotions or changes.
• Handle Team Member issues including complaints.
• Discipline Team Members and plan work.
• Distribute work among Team Members; ensure safety and security.
• Manage budget and inventory for the department or location.
• Monitor compliance measures and communicate promotions to guests.
