Festival Foods is seeking a Bakery Service Counter Clerk in Somers, WI. The role focuses on guest service, stocking and merchandising a fresh bakery, and maintaining safety standards. Availability from 6am-1pm is required, with shifts that include mornings and weekends to serve guests efficiently.

You will work under the Bakery Manager and collaborate with bakery staff to ensure a well-stocked, appealing department that delivers a positive guest experience every day.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly guest service and solving customer needs.
• Clear communication with guests and team members.
• Understanding and applying safety policies in a retail bakery setting.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding guest service, helping guests locate items and answer questions.
• Take and fulfill orders, including special requests, with accuracy.
• Answer phone calls with proper etiquette and assist inquiries or orders.
• Package bakery products and ensure accurate pricing and labels.
• Rotate, stock, and display bakery items; prioritize near-dated products.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ergonomic displays.
• Follow food safety logs and meet quality standards throughout the shift.
• Maintain regular attendance and arrange coverage for absences.
