You will train and lead a small sanitation team and ensure all cleaning tasks meet food safety standards. The role involves direct cleaning of bakery equipment and production areas, following allergen and safety procedures, and coordinating daily tasks with the production team.

Qualifications

• Experience in sanitation, commercial cleaning, or food production sanitation.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks alongside the team.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead a team of 3-4 sanitation employees.
• Assign daily cleaning tasks and ensure completion.
• Participate directly in cleaning and sanitizing bakery equipment, utensils, floors, and production areas.
• Follow cleaning procedures including safely disassembling equipment as needed.
• Ensure employees are following safety procedures and allergen cleaning protocols to prevent cross-contact.
